      Hi Sue, I cooked some garlic, onions, mushrooms and green beans. Added some thickened cream and some butter. I seasoned with pepper and added some dried oregano. I then popped in the cleaned mussels in their shells and cooked them until they were done. I served the dish with crusty bread that I made and some handmade chips. I’ll post the recipe for the bread soon, it’s delicious – although not gluten free.
