7 days to go before the beginning of my 30 day fitness kickstart! Somehow I have to find time between feeding children, school drop-off and pick-up, tidying up and cleaning and entertaining my girls. 20 minutes per day, I can definitely find the time somewhere. Little S (3) actually enjoys taking part in this exercise program and insists on having her own mat which makes it a bit easier.
I’ll kickoff on Easter Monday and will continue for 30 days. Stay tuned to follow my progress and join in with me – we can encourage each other.
All you need is:
- Access to YouTube
- 2 hand weights (2-3kg each)
- An exercise mat
- 20 minutes per day
- Staying power!!
You have 7 days to get organised and commit to it. By the way anybody of any age can do this, there are different levels, depending on your starting fitness so there are no excuses.
